Taking #BABCP2022 Beyond The Room! 

This year, the BABCP has joined forces with André Tomlin, a world-leading science communicator and mental health blogger, known as The Mental Elf - nationalelfservice.net/mental-health

The Mental Elf has a huge audience on social media and André will be bringing that audience with him to our conference.

André will be working alongside a dedicated social media team who will be live tweeting, interviewing speakers and attendees, and sharing podcasts and videos throughout the event. All of this content will be freely available via Twitter under the hashtag #BABCP2022. The aim is to bring a much bigger and more diverse online audience to the conference via social media.

The “Beyond The Room” correspondents working with The Mental Elf will be a mix of speakers, organisers and delegates (young and old) and with a range of backgrounds (researchers, clinicians, and people with lived experience).

We are working with André over the coming weeks to convene the “Beyond The Room” team of correspondents, so please drop us a line if you would like to be considered to work alongside The Mental Elf at the conference.
